Born to the late actress ‘Nutan’, Mohnish Behl is known for his disarmingly good looks, exotic charm and brilliant acting. He studied at St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai.

He was personally recommended by Salman Khan for the movie, Maine Pyaar Kiya, in 1989. He made his place in the industry by doing a string of supporting roles throughout the late 90’s, which he performed under 'Rajshree Banners'.

He has also anchored two shows, Bach Ke Rehna Zara Sambhalke, a popular game show, and Star Vivah. He has been awarded two Filmfare awards- the first for Hum Aapke Hai Kaun (1995) and the second for Hum Saath Saath Hai (2000).
